Pure Ceremonial Cacao

$40.00

This cacao, in partnership with our friends at Cacao Source, comes straight from a local women's co-op in the tropical highlands of Guatemala. The fruit is hand-picked, dried and fermented with love. From there the dried beans go to another women's collective located on Lake Atitlan, where it is roasted at specific temps, peeled and ground with love. The money from this partnership not only supports Humor for Hope but also goes directly to help offer educational opportunities that explore cacao—rainforest ecology, agroforestry, processing, the empowerment of women’s and farmer's collectives, environmental restoration, and cacao ceremonies.

$40 per 1 lb block.
